The Clarkston Community Health Center is a charitable health clinic for uninsured individuals, providing primary and specialty medical services, vision, and women's healthcare.  Since 2015, we have served nearly 6.000 people with compassionate, high-quality care.

Our fees are: 
  • New patient  / annual physical = $60
  • Follow-up visit = $30/$40/$50 depending on complexity and time needed
  • Specialty care visit = $60
  • Missed appointment fee = $20
  • Labs = Cost
  • Medications = FREE

With these fees, our patients receive:​
  • Visit with a provider
  • Free medications
  • Free health education & navigation
  • On-site labs
  • As needed: free mammograms + colonoscopies/endoscopies + referrals for additional services
