CCHC is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented, driven leader for our clinical team who thrives working with people from diverse backgrounds and is looking for a unique opportunity to grow and nurture a new model of healthcare in our community. As a family practice medical doctor experienced in clinical care, the person we are seeking will be culturally humble, clinically compassionate, patient-centered, strong as a communicator and focused on providing excellence in the clinical care and business operations of the clinic. The Chief Medical Officer, reporting to the Executive Director, is a full-time position that is a critical part of the management team of the organization that will oversee and ensure the overall success of the clinic and fulfill a number of critical duties for CCHC.
