Grand Opening

Thanks to the hard work and generous support of caring community of metro Atlanta the City of Clarkston has a new Community Health Center. Clarkston Community Health Center, Inc. (CCHC), founded in 2013, is a non-profit 501 c(3) organization designed to establish a patient-centered medical home to enhance an economically feasible, culturally and linguistically sensitive continuum of care for all patients in the network area including health screening, primary and preventive healthcare to the refugee, indigent, underinsured and uninsured population of the Clarkston community and surrounding areas.
